Eminem – Brief Biography

Eminem’s story is similar to his songs, it needs a bit of censorship. Some may not be appropriate for those who consider themselves too young, but here I think it’s important to see why their music, and consequently Eminem himself, seem so angry. Wherever you look in his life, from his tough childhood with a cruel and unstable mother, to his rocky and well-publicized relationship with his wife Kim, you see Eminem rapping about what he knows. His life is the subject of his music and he makes no excuses. But a tough upbringing only propelled him to stardom as can be read in magazines like The Source and XXL. Eminem took his humble beginnings and built a career.

Eminem (Marshall Bruce Mathers) was born on October 17, 1972, in Kansas City, Missouri, where he lived for twelve years until he moved to Detroit. She never had many opportunities to make friends who moved every other month because her mother kept getting evicted for non-payment. Eminem went to school until the ninth grade, where he failed three times before dropping out of school. Then he continued to live for that record deal to make him famous. While trying to achieve his goal, little Haile Jade Scott was born on December 25, 1995 to his longtime girlfriend, Kim Scott. (Eminem’s homepage) Eminem continued rapping after the birth of his daughter who entered 97 Rap Olympics in Los Angeles which produced 1,500 1st place winner. Eminem came in a rage in second place desperately in need of the money not knowing that some producers had seen it from Interscope. Finally got a chance to show what he’s made of with Dr. Dre, Dr. Dre was so impressed after hearing Eminem’s freestyle on a Los Angeles radio station that he organized a Michigan rhyme search. (Eminem homepage) A famous rap producer who wanted to open doors for Eminem. The two hit it off instantly, recording four songs in the first six hours of work, three of which made their first LP. (Eminem Bio.) Now that he’s officially done, Marshall and Dre are gearing up to make their second LP. The album became Marshall Mathers’ LP and won 3 Grammy Awards and was the first rap album to be nominated for ‘Album of the Year’, selling more than 8 million records in the United States alone. (Eminem Bio.) Eminem continues to have success with his partners who started his career for him, although he continues to face many difficult moments between the media, his mother, and the long and troubled relationship between him and his girlfriend. After they broke up, they had obviously still talked, either about their relationship or for the sake of their daughter Hailie, which means more to Eminem than to anyone else in the world at this point in his life. I wanted to be a family for Kim and Hailie and raise my daughter the right way and not cut her up like my father did me. My family is everything I have fought for and everything I have tried to protect. The only thing that scares me is that they take my little girl from me. (Chuck Weiner) Eminem was also afraid of starting a family and was not sure if he would have enough funds or know how to do it. When my daughter was born, I was so scared that I wouldn’t be able to raise and support her like a parent should. His first two Christmases we had nothing, but this last Christmas, when he was three years old, he had so many damn gifts under the tree, that he kept opening them saying, ‘Is this for me too?’ My daughter was not born with a silver spoon in her mouth. But she has one now! (Chuck Weiner) Eminem can’t help but pamper his little girl because he feels the way his mother treated him was degrading. If my mother is cruel enough, knowing that she did not help me get to where I am, try to get the food out of my mouth and out of my daughter’s mouth, try to take me for everything I have, then I will not hold back in this album. She has always come looking for me, and now she knows that I have money so she won’t be left alone. I know it’s not nice to say about your mother, but unfortunately it’s true. (Chuck Weiner) Eminem has so much hatred towards his mother that it has built up in all the last years of his life that he will do anything to keep Hailie happy and maintain a healthy relationship between the two of them. His mother, on the other hand, can’t seem to forgive because of all the pain and trouble she has put him through.

Eminem has psychologically changed 360 degrees throughout his life. From the fights and confusion with his mother, never having met his father to being one of the greatest success stories in rap history. The best example is Eminem’s anger management experiment, after it had started to escalate, he would get feedback from people saying “Your target, why are you rapping?” and he emphasized it throughout his lyrics. Eminem was probably born a child with no chemical imbalances, but after his mother made him so bad after he’s grown up, he may have a chemical imbalance and can’t control some of his emotions that he feels when people disrespect him. . . When he presents himself on television, it seems that he is always sad about something that always annoys him, that he cannot be proud of his achievements to be happy to be where he is and it has a lot to do with his childhood and recent terrible interactions. He has had it with friends, family and rivals.
