This is a statement taken directly from the mouth of David Johns. Johns is the editor-in-chief of Auto Express, which has just sent out a new range of awards for various vehicles in different categories. And the Land Rover LR3 took home the Auto Express New Car Honor. This award was given to the Land Rover LR3 in the 4×4 Off Roader category. And just as Johns said, the Land Rover LR3 took home this award for the second year in a row.

The Audi Q7 full-size luxury crossover sport utility vehicle and Volvo XC90 midsize luxury crossover SUV were vehicles with which the Land Rover LR3 had to compete. The editors at Auto Express really had to judge harshly during the selection of the winner of said award.

Andy Gawthorpe, Land Rover’s managing director of the Middle East and North Africa markets, can’t help but exclaim his enthusiasm for the event. He proclaims: “It’s fantastic that the LR3 has once again demonstrated its versatility and staying power in an increasingly competitive industry, with this, its 77th award from experts around the world.”

Since 1989, the Land Rover LR3 has been in production. It was offered as a family station wagon and as a van. It had engines like the 2.5-litre 200 TDi, the 3.5-litre Rover V8, the 2.5-litre 300 TDi, the 3.9-litre Rover V8, the 2.5-litre TD5, the TD engine 2.7-litre V6 and the 4.4-litre Jaguar AJ V8 engine. It comes equipped with quality Land Rover fuel system parts, as well as high-tech equipment to help the vehicle perform better and overcome its limitations. All of its features and equipment make the Land Rover LR3 an agile vehicle that can tackle various types of off-road and on-road terrain.
