Every year, many couples decide to turn down a flashy wedding ceremony and celebration and flee to Washington state instead. Washington State and the Pacific Northwest offer some of the most fantastic getaway spots and venues for a couple and with scenic mountains, water, countryside and much more, this state offers many wedding venue options.

1) Leavenworth, Washington – Two hours from Seattle, Leavenworth is a sweet little German town that welcomes weddings of all sizes on one big day. While in Leavenworth, you can get married, enjoy a great night or two in a special place, and perhaps celebrate your wedding bliss by taking advantage of many of the guided outdoor adventures: cross-country skiing, rafting, or hiking.
