My Pure Clear Delta8 Wax Pen Review. It’s been quite a while since I’ve done one of these. So, I’ve done some comparisons with other brands of pre-shafted pre-fused wicks in order to see how it performs and if it’s any good. My results were quite impressive so I decided to share them with you.
The Delta8 is available in two different types. One is the classic push button type with the piston-like head. They’re great for those that prefer the quick clean up and low hassle. The down side is they tend to melt the end of your pen. You need to use a few seconds to get them warm enough to melt the end.
Then there’s the “Pro” version with a stainless steel shaft and a plastic tip. It’s a little more expensive but you don’t have to worry about melting or breaking the end. It also heats up quickly and evenly. If you like the look of the Delta pen but want something easier to clean then this might be the one for you.

Like I said before, the Pro version is easy to use and provides a good wax flow. Another thing I like about this pen is the fact that the plain colored head is very unobtrusive. I’m not saying it’s better than the pink colored head, but it looks pretty good all the same. It’s just tucked away under the pen.
One thing I’d like to point out is the material the pen is made from. As you might have guessed it’s made of high quality stainless steel. I also noticed the barrel of the pen is open at the tip. This is good because it allows air flow. It doesn’t affect the wetness of the wick or the amount of heat it can generate.
All in all, this pen works great. It produces a fantastic amount of lubricant and heats up quickly and evenly. The main thing I would recommend to those looking to purchase this pen is to make sure the head of the pen is clean and smooth. If you don’t feel the head of the pen clean, then don’t buy it.
After shaving with this pen I did notice the closest I ever got to a wet shave. The amount of glide it provided was excellent. If you ask me, I would definitely recommend it to any man who shaves. There are other products on the market that will produce a close shave, but they all cost more than the Delta8. When you add that to the fact that it does cost so much, there’s simply no competition when it comes to shaving products.
If I had to recommend a lip balm for men, I’d pick the Stylo Lite 2. I like this lip balm because it doesn’t dry out quickly and doesn’t feel sticky. It’s a good moisturizer and it feels really good going on. If you want something that’s comfortable while shaving and will still keep your face moist for a long time, pick up the Obagi Exfoderm.
If you’re looking for a good product to replace your shaving balm or after shave, the Delta8 DeltaPro might be a good choice. It works as the Delta8 waxes mentioned above. It’s great for everyday use and the cost is great. The price and the convenience make this a great product that everyone should have in their collection.
