Are there really 8 pack abs?

Is the 8 pack abs a myth or a magic? You may want to know if it is really shortly after acquiring your 6 pack abs. But the first question you need to ponder is, is there a difference between a 6-pack and an 8-pack?

Before you start counting the number of packs, consider that an 8-pack is actually a super-defined 6-pack. If you can’t see any difference between the two as it exists but is only very subtle, remember that an 8-pack will bring you physical advantages that are not available to those who have a 6-pack.

The eight pack of an eight pack crunches can be found in the lower abdomen, just below the six pack, and is actually a midsection that is lean and well toned.

While both the eight pack and the six pack make up the rectus abdominis muscle group, it is the tendons that separate and distinguish from each other.

Unfortunately, not all gentlemen are gifted with the gift of achieving an eight-pack even further. Genetics play a major role in obtaining an 8-pack of crunches and will serve as the final referee if all you can do is a 6-pack of crunches. There are some signs that show up if you have the genes to achieve an 8-pack of abs. See if the tendons in your lower abdomen are still large and tight, and if they are, you may be lucky to develop that abdominal movement further for an 8-pack.

People who consume terrible servings of fat, sugar, and alcohol will not get any of the 6-pack or 8-pack back abs. It goes to show that only the determined and disciplined will get them.

If you’ve worked to achieve a 6-pack of crunches through rigorous exercise and a strict diet, building an 8-pack of crunches also involves the same mechanism: toning your muscles and losing fat.

Both tasks can be accomplished with a diet low in fat and sugar, weight training, and cardiovascular exercise. It sounds similar to having 6 pack abs, but getting to the next level is difficult and can even be frustrating at times.

Your diet should consist of fresh fruits and vegetables, lean meats and poultry, fresh fish, enough fiber, and plenty of water.

Apart from aerobic cardiovascular exercises, you will also need to incorporate 20-30 minutes of cardiovascular exercises into your daily routine. It’s okay to be persistent, but don’t tire yourself out by adding another 30 minutes.

Free weight training also helps you burn fat and build muscle by raising your body temperature. It is important that the exercises focus on the midsection when doing your abdominal routine. Work out with high and low repetitions to grow your abdominal muscles and eliminate fat.

You can achieve an 8 pack abs with the following formula: good genes, a proper diet, and abs exercises that focus on the midsection.
