This height of comfort and a driver-focused experience is achieved through the interior’s pleasantly soft seats; ergonomically designed and manufactured gear lever; sumptuous armrests and the easy-to-use instrument cluster.

Guarantee the security

The Bolero ensures the least chance of tipping or rolling, thanks to its ingenious and stable design. The Bolero’s radials are remarkably wide and it has a fairly low center of gravity, as well as an extra-dense anti-corrosion sheet metal anti-roll bar. All these components contribute to the excellent stability of the Bolero and to the peace of mind of any driver in the event of an impact accident.

Ease and utility

The Bolero is nicknamed the “workhorse” for good reason: it can haul anything and just about anything you might need. The cargo box has an incredible maximum capacity of 1 ton (2520 cubic meters), which means it can conveniently accommodate anything from sand and scaffolding to various types of cargo. The Bolero cargo box can be customized to suit your needs. You can choose between a conventional bakkie-bed design, a charger (4×2) or a mobile side (4×2). The Mahindra Bolero was designed and built to do the heavy lifting. Cargo and drop-side versions of the Bolero come with vinyl seats and rubber flooring.

Mahindra Bolero Bakkies

The Mahindra Bolero legacy begins with the single cab bakkie – the Maxi truck. This variant provides 74kW of power and great efficiency on any terrain. The single cab comes with a NEF 2.5-litre turbo diesel engine, offering the ability to haul loads easily from 1000rpm (in third gear!), proving the Bolero single cab has plenty of muscle to back it up. The single cab is also the bakkie with the largest cargo box of all the bakkie competitors. It has a maximum capacity of 2520m3/1 ton and exceptional maneuverability, due to its high ground clearance and a turning radius of 6.75m. To add to the Bolero’s list of notable features, it is equipped with a hydraulic clutch, making gear changing simple and effortless.

This variant of the Bolero is also available as a double cab bakkie. This means that although it is equipped with the same engine and offers the same strength and performance, it is a larger version of the single cab. The Bolero Crew Cab model features a 2,260mm x 1,530mm x 730mm cargo bed and the standard hydraulic clutch, increased ground clearance and a 6.75m turning radius. In short, you’ll get the same great benefits of the single cab, with the added crew cab seats and power steering.

Bolero single and double cab bakkies are available in 4×2 and 4×4 versions and come standard with air conditioning; carpets for floors and fabric upholstery for seats.

Mahindra Bolero Maxi Truck More

The Bolero Maxi truck Plus is a step up from the single cab Maxi truck. It is powered by a 2.5-litre M2DICR turbo diesel engine, offering reliability while being tough and tough. This engine is powered by a four-cylinder direct-injection setup, providing power to pull heavy loads consistently and adequately. Even at high operating temperatures, as well as at altitudes, the Bolero Maxi truck Plus can resist and more. The gears come with long life and provide remarkable torque at low speeds. The five-speed gearbox allows drivers to easily and cheaply get the full power and full capacity of the Maxi truck.

The Maxi truck’s engine offers less power, but makes up for it with incredible torque and fuel economy. The torque of the Maxi truck can reach 195Nm at just 1,400r/m and can be stable up to 2,200r/m. The combined cycle of the Maxi truck has an average fuel consumption of 7.0 liters per 100 km.

The amount of torque produced by the Mahindra Bolero consequently means it can carry a full load, while consistently performing at remarkably efficient levels.
