Many people try to establish a business partnership with someone and take advantage of them and screw them over! People are overconfident and naive and believe that a friend or family member is not going to take advantage of them or harm them. But no one can be trusted in business. No one.

Be careful, be alert and be aware of everything you see, experience and hear from your potential business partner or business partner. Look for the red flags that something is wrong and you are about to be taken advantage of.

I was scammed and screwed by my business partner. Don’t become someone’s financial victim. I was taken advantage of and betrayed by someone I’ve known most of my life! Imagine that. We were very good friends. I mean really amazing friends.

He used to be a true friend who took me everywhere and invited me everywhere and defended me from everyone. He would lift my self-esteem and lift my spirits. He then he betrayed me and turned against me. And I never saw it coming. Never.

Little by little I was disappointed. He was vulnerable because I fully trusted him because of our Best Friendship. He used that against me. It was a very secret and subtle economic agenda. I will share with you what happened.

He proposed a Business Partnership with a Business Goal that was compelling and realistic and achievable. It all made sense. So we started working on the business objective. But something subtle was always wrong: he didn’t meet with me often to work on the business goal.

I spent countless hours researching the business industry and the business plan we were working on by myself and he only met with me a few times. In the beginning, he regularly worked with me on the business target and we did the work together. Then he started coming less and less to work on the financial goal until he rarely showed up to work with me.

Being naive, ignorant and foolish, I continued to research the business even though he didn’t show up and suddenly I had all the information I needed. The time had come when we needed to start putting money into the business. He refused to put a single hundred on the trading target.

I still didn’t want to see how things were because I was dealing with my Best Friend. But as months and months went by and then two years went by and he still didn’t want to put any money into the business, I realized everything. I came to terms with how things were. My best friend had betrayed me!!!

I finally had to admit that my best friend and business partner turned against me. That hurt me and my spirit a lot. I decided to protect myself and terminated my business partnership with him and sent him a “Notice of Termination of Business Partnership” informing him that our financial partnership had ended.

I also finally ended my friendship with him. I just did what I had to do.
