face lift exercises

Four days ago I looked in the mirror and there was something about my face that I thought didn’t look right. So I fired up my laptop and went straight to big brother Google to see if there was anything they could do to my face, without going under the knife.

That was my first encounter with what I soon discovered are called face lift exercises. Apparently, you can use them to work out different muscles in your face, the same way you work out your biceps or abdominal muscles at the gym.

I have been trying some of these facial exercises and I can feel that they work. They are some that I like, and probably you would like them too.

Facial Exercise #1: The Wrinkle Arch

This exercise is known to be very effective when it comes to removing wrinkles and age lines. You can also use it to tone your upper facial muscles and this helps prevent droopy eyelids.

Facial Exercise #2: The Brow Lift

This is a simple exercise that will tone the muscles around your eyes and strengthen and firm the area around your eyes. Also like the previous one, it prevents droopy eyelids from being seen, and at the same time it will also be rejuvenating the delicate skin around your eyes. In the long run, this reduces the appearance of those pesky wrinkles and crease lines.

Facial exercise #3: The softest face

Although this one was a bit tricky to make at first, after a few minutes working on it I think I got the hang of it. This exercise can be used to dramatically tone your face as well as the skin on your face, a great workout. It is the best option for people with sagging jaws or puffy cheeks.

So I’ve only been doing these facelift exercises for a few days and I’m already starting to feel the difference in my face. I’m sure doing them for a few more weeks should start to see results too.
