Overcome continuous thinking

Are you aware that your mind is always busy with thoughts? Are you aware that thoughts constantly demand your attention, dictate your behavior and reactions?

Do you sometimes feel like your mind is going to explode from thinking non-stop? Can you focus your attention on what you are doing at all times, or are you constantly distracted by all kinds of thoughts, negative thoughts or negative expectations? You need to learn to overcome your continuous thinking in order to control your attention.

Do you sometimes wish that your mind would stop thinking for a while and allow yourself some rest and peace? Like an engine, it has to rest to prevent wear. It needs to rest from time to time to recharge itself and your body.

The mind is often seen as a messy room with no free space and no place to move. When you empty your room, it will look bigger and tidier, and it will be more pleasant to be there. So it is with your mind. Eliminate clutter – unnecessary thoughts, worries and fears, and your life will look happier and brighter.

You are probably not constantly aware of the restlessness of your mind, because this became a habit and you were accused of it, yet the thoughts continue to come and go, occupying your mind every moment of the day, wasting mental and emotional energy, as sometimes making your head hurt.

Tension, exertion and pressure at work and at home make the mind even more restless and attract more thoughts. Problems, difficulties, fears, worries and hurt feelings further increase mental restlessness and lack of inner peace, making you more aware of the swarm of thoughts that come to your mind and make you feel helpless. It is during such moments that you desperately need inner peace and freedom to think without end.

When you need to focus your attention, study, or meditate, you are again faced with thoughts swarming through your mind, disturbing and distracting your attention. This also happens when you are worried, angry, or emotionally excited. You feel unable to stop the flow of thoughts and emotions that prevent you from thinking clearly, calmly or self-control.

During those moments, you just want to scream at the mind to stop thinking. You feel that your mind has broken through any controls and barriers, and that it is working on its own, sometimes to your detriment. It’s like being helpless in a rudderless boat in the middle of the ocean, and all you want is stable, secure land.

It is in times of worry, stress, fear, and tension that inner peace of mind is most desired and appreciated. In reality, inner peace and freedom from restless, incessant thought is a great help anytime, anywhere. It makes you happy, stronger, more confident and happy.

Imagine what it would be like to live your life, working, interacting with people, reading, watching TV, traveling, or doing anything else, without thoughts or worries calling your attention. Just think how your concentration would be strengthened and your five senses would be sharpened! Imagine how your understanding, comprehension, awareness and intuition will increase!

You need mental and emotional training, to be able to overcome endless thinking and free yourself from the compulsion, and it is a compulsion, to think incessantly and involuntarily, and fill your mind with thoughts that weaken you and distract your attention. You also need to develop some degree of inner detachment and mastery over your mind.

There are no shortcuts to overcome the constant thinking and lack of inner peace. The goal is not to stunt your mind through hypnosis or subliminal programming, but rather to gain true inner peace, which you can enjoy while staying active, pursuing your goals, and more efficiently and peacefully managing the daily affairs of life. .
