What is the right time to exercise?

Even if you have time, another excuse many people use is that it’s not the Correct hour. So what is the right time to exercise? Here’s a hint: there is no right time. It’s about what makes you feel good. If it’s three in the morning or seven at night, then that’s what you need to strive for.

Don’t worry about what others might do with your own training schedules; you need to establish a plan that works for you so that you can meet your fitness goals. Maybe as soon as you get home from work it’s best for you because it allows you to get some work done. Maybe it’s early in the morning so you can perk up for those daily office meetings. Do what is best for you.

A lot of people can set a time for themselves, say, in the morning, but if something comes up and they miss that workout, then they skip the rest of the day because they think, “Well, I missed my workout time, so there’s always one tomorrow”.

What about the rest of the day?

The thing is, life is busy, especially for women with everything they need to accomplish during the day and things that come up. Life throws unexpected things at us, and we just have to get by. The same goes for your training. You have to be able to adjust your schedule to make time. If you missed your morning workout, take some time to do it in the evening by skipping a few chapters of that novel you’ve been reading or forgetting the show you had planned to watch. Get some exercise, strap the kids into joggers and go for a run, do something to stay active and on track. So really the right thing to exercise is when you can fit it in!
