Jealousy is an incurable disease

Everyone talks about being jealous and everyone has been jealous at least once, regardless of the situation or to the degree. Whether it’s the neighbor’s jealousy, a neighbor who won’t let his wife out of the house dressed a certain way, or a friend of yours who complains that her boyfriend checks her phone calls three times a day, it’s not like that. It doesn’t matter. These are all examples of how damaging jealousy can be.

Some think that jealousy is a proof of love, while others consider it a complete lack of trust. It’s one thing for your partner to be jealous because they love you too much and can’t stand someone else staring at you, and it’s another thing for them not to let you talk to any of your colleagues and never give you a break.

A relationship cannot last long if the partners are jealous. At some point, the offender will feel followed and feel that he has had enough, which will determine him to end the relationship. This feeling is one that never leaves you alone and that generates many doubts. Plus, you’ll never sleep well again.

Jealousy is most likely the result of someone feeling inferior to someone else. The jealous partner believes that they do not have enough qualities to keep their friend and see everyone else as a threat. Therefore, you may no longer be able to talk to a friend or colleague. The jealous person interprets everything as he wants and does not stop harassing the other for different reasons. Of course, we are all a little jealous at some point, but we must not let others notice. Of course, we can be uncomfortable with someone smiling at our partner or a coworker keeping calling.

Jealousy can be treated, but if you are an extremely jealous person, your solution lies in a therapist who can show you what you are doing wrong and what you no longer need to fear. Such outbursts can lead to your relationship ending, but there are many ways you can overcome such a situation. For example, you always have your friends and family around you and you should never give up.

If you do end up breaking up with someone, you shouldn’t be angry for too long as there are plenty of other alternatives. You don’t have to trash everything around you and you don’t have to be a drama queen or keep crying and crying. Not all women understand that crying is useless, that things don’t change if they cry. If something like this happens, both of you need to understand that it’s over and move on, trying to find someone else who might be more compatible with you.
